Bandit Customs (Wangara, Western Australia) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through banditcustoms.com.au and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a build date, message us, or buy merch, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, what you want built, and any notes you add. We also record how you found us (for example, an ad or a search) so we know what is working.

How we use it

Only to run the business you are dealing with: preparing your quote, booking and managing your build, taking deposits, sending confirmations and reminders, replying to your messages, and occasionally asking how we did. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Who else touches it

Your details live in the secure systems we use to run the workshop: our customer management platform, our payment processor (Stripe) for deposits and payments, and email/SMS providers used to contact you. Each only receives what it needs to do its job. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.
